Our leading patient management platform is designed to enhance patient outcomes and streamline the workflow for healthcare providers. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Rhythm Platform.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Rhythm Platform, our web-based cardiac device data analytics platform. In this role, you'll drive both the strategic direction and user experience design of a critical healthcare application that processes and presents cardiac device data to clinicians and work closely with the CEO on crafting and executing the vision. You'll own the end-to-end product experience, from initial concept and UX design through collecting feedback after deployment, ensuring the platform enables efficient clinical decision-making. We're looking for someone that is will to roll their sleeves up in all aspects of product development. The ideal candidate is someone that wants to minimize feedback loops and isn't afraid to take our existing design system and modify the Figma files to articulate the requirements in lieu of creating handoffs with designers. This is an incredibly impactful role reporting to the CEO and working alongside the Head of Product to drive execution and impact hundreds of thousands of lives.
Overall you will…
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Rhythm, ensuring alignment with business goals and clinical needs
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including creating and modifying Figma designs, wireframes, and prototypes
- Maintain the design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across all product features
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and product improvements
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of healthcare data processing workflows, including HL7 and XML integrations
- Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to drive continuous product and design improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including data specifications, design guidelines, and user guides

- Understand our current product roadmap and long term product vision
- Attended both New clinical and admin team training
- Have a deep understanding of Rhythm’s clinical workflows
- Taken ownership of upcoming features including gathering outstanding requirements
Within 3 months you will…
- Establish routine communications with key external users
- Routinely provide feedback to engineers during feature development
- Completed scoping on several new features
Within 6 months you will…
- Implement a user feedback loop to drive continuous product improvement
- Designed a new feature from scratch and oversaw it’s launch
- Developed a concrete 12-month roadmap alongside Engineering and Executive Leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years working on healthcare software products
- Strong proficiency with Figma and experience creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Demonstrated experience in UX design principles and best practices for healthcare applications
- Experience working with healthcare data standards (HL7, XML) and understanding of clinical workflows
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss data processing architectures
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively with clinical stakeholders
- Experience managing a SasS product in the healthcare industry
- Ability to execute in tactical, strategic and operation capacities simultaneously
Location & Compensation
This is a hybrid role which is expected be in our Rockville, MD or Brooklyn, NY office at least two days a week
- Base Salary $140,000 - $175,000 depending on experience
